Representing clients at the Federal and State Prosecutor’s Office, especially in civil investigations and similar proceedings, monitoring the procedure, as well as negotiating alternative solutions to possible conflicts (Conduct Adjustment Terms, among other matters).
In regards to corporate law, the office promotes an analysis on risks, costs, time and variables for planning and decision-making regarding conflicts, through the understanding of the regulations and fundamental concepts for a strategic vision for corporate law.
