Laila Abud Sant’ana

With over 20 years of experience in the legal field, he is responsible for coordinating the litigation sector. He has solid experience in judicial and arbitration litigation, with a special focus on commercial, administrative and civil disputes. Throughout his career, he has represented clients in strategic lawsuits, both individual and collective, notably in actions involving environmental issues, administrative misconduct and large-scale infrastructure projects.

He is also part of the team responsible for litigation related to consumer rights, and is responsible for conducting judicial and administrative proceedings in this area. He also works in preparatory procedures, such as civil inquiries initiated by control bodies, especially in the context of judicial liability. His experience mainly covers preventive action in conflicts, with an emphasis on the preparation, analysis and review of contracts and various legal instruments, with the aim of mitigating risks and providing legal security to clients' operations.

Postgraduate degree in Civil Procedural Law from the Pontifical Catholic University – PUC/SP. Bachelor of Laws from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo – PUC/SP (2005). Lawyer registered with the OAB, São Paulo Section.
