Emphasis is placed on consultancy services in bidding processes – from the preparatory phase, with the analysis of notices and regulations, the preparation of requests for clarification, objections and administrative appeals, the examination of the regularity of qualification documents – and in the monitoring of contract execution – from its formalization and subsequent changes, such as amendments, extensions, adjustments and concessions for economic and financial rebalancing. Extensive experience in the preparation of technical opinions on the subject. In contentious services, emphasis is placed on the filing of lawsuits arising from participation in bidding processes and contract execution.
